The word “Umarell” comes from the Emilian dialect and means “elderly man,” or “pensioner.” Today, Umarell is synonymous with an elderly person who observes construction sites or public works, not only in Emilia but throughout Italy.
Superstuff’s Umarell is the embodiment of this concept and is designed to stimulate and enhance productivity in the most widespread construction site on planet Earth—our personal computers, the ultimate workplace.

With this slogan, we launched the Desktop Umarell in 2017, humorously suggesting that a personal Umarell could be helpful to many employees and workers who, every day, work on computers in the office.
